Facilities
Belle Vue Racers are based at the Sportcity complex, Rowsley Street, Manchester M11 3FF. There is plenty of room to park in the car park. Training sessions are held every Thursday evening at 6:45 pm. Entrance to Sportcity is £2.20 for Manchester residents and club fees per night are £1. Changing facilities and showers are available. Everyone is welcome, from complete novices to elite runners. Coaches work together as a team to ensure everyone gets the most out of sessions.
Some club members also meet informally for group road runs on Tuesdays and Sundays (when there is no Sunday race).
Tuesday start time 18:30. April - September: meet at Reddish Vale Visitors Center, Reddish Vale, Stockport. October - March: Debdale Park, off Hyde Road. Meet at McDonald's car park, Wall Way Road, Gorton, Manchester. Mixed ability run, everyone welcome. No fees, just turn up. Run time approx 60 mins.
Sunday start time 09:15. Meet at Ladybarn Park, Parsonage Road (gate opposite School Grove), Fallowfield. Mixed ability run, everyone welcome. No fees, just turn up. Run time approx 90 mins (option to do more if marathon season).
